I have one of those credit cards where I get points for every dollar I spend, so I’m always looking for everyday uses for that card to build my points total. And I have found a great source for such is the online sites of all my utilities. I now pay for electricity, water, gas, pest control, yard service and cable by credit card. I not only get the points but I write one check instead of six, thanks to being able to access my various accounts on provider sites that accept payments online. And I’ll bet they like the faster cash flow they realize from being able to accept credit cards.
