One day I was in a department store and I had a couple hundred dollars worth of things I wanted to buy but I couldn’t find an open register. I wandered from department to department to no avail. Then it hit me – I had to work too hard to be a customer. I put my stuff down and went to another store with better service and spent my money there. And when I shop online and do not find the option pay by credit card I wonder why don’t want my business enough to add merchant services.
